Ivica Krizanac was born in Split (Croatia), played for the teams: «Sibenik» (Sibenik, Croatia), «Slaven» (Krapivnica, Croatia), «Varteks» (Varazhdin, Croatia), «Jablonec» (Jablonec, Czech Republic). He spent two years in «Sparta» (Czech Republic) under the control of Ivan Gashek and Jaroslav Gzhebik, but played in reserves squad only, after that he transferred to the «Gornik» (Zabze, Poland) where Ivica Krizanac could show the own abilities and through the six months obtained the invitation to the «Groclin» (Grodzisk, Poland).

He participated at UEFA Cup, 2003 where his team got a victory under «Atlantas», «Gerta», «Manchester City». He scored a goal to Lithuanian «Atlantas». Ivica was a captain of «Groclin». Ivica Krizanac spent 2, 5 years in Poland League and played in 61 matches where he scored 5 goals during this course.
